This is the first time I saw one of these colorful moths. Now I am just waiting for another luna moth to visit and become my photo model 🙂
Wow that’s stunning….great close up
Holy crap, that’s gorgeous! Here, we have Cinnabar Moths, who are skittish but stunning. At their peak, many dozen will dot the green lawn with red like ornaments on a Christmas tree.
I’ve never seen a Cinnabar Moth myself, probably in the wrong part of the country for it. Don’t you just love all the variations Mother Nature came up with in her creation workshop?!
Yeah, and effortlessly. That’s the amazing part.
Love the detail in your photo…Gorgeous image.
It is a wonderful little creature, I’ve never seen anything like that! Maybe I should pay more attention to moth 🙂
So gorgeous, Annette. What lovely colours! 🙂
