These train tracks remind me of the many people I have encountered in my life. Like parallel tracks, there are people who I may be aware of but whose paths I don’t cross.
There are others who gather around the same places and values I resonate with. So we fly together for a while:
We may share food, inspiration and common interests:
Sometimes, it’s easy and comfortable to share the same space
At other times, conflicts arise
and someone ends up leaving on a divergent path
But when our ideas and energies come together, and when different aspects of personality and ways of being complement each other, we’ve hit a sweet spot of convergence
I dedicate this post to all the people whose convergent and divergent paths have enriched my own.
